Austrian Hotel Contract conditions apply when booking a holiday at Bergland Appartements. The contract governs the relationship between the hotelier and the guest, thus protecting their rights.

If a guest is unable to take a booked holiday within the agreed timeframe, a cancellation fee will be incurred, in accordance with European standards. We therefore recommend appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.

European Travel Insurance

ioffers more than just cancellation protection (no excess) for your stay in Austria. This insurance policy also includes cover for early departures, additional costs for late arrivals, involuntary extension of your holiday, as well as search and rescue costs. Maximum duration of stay is 31 days.
