There are three different categories of apartments available: Steinrösle, Gemswurz and Körb. Rates are based on minimum occupancy and include bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, all taxes and daily cleaning (except sundays). Standard amenities include dishes, glasses, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cable TV, telephone and wireless Internet access.
All categories of appartments feature a dining area, a kitchenette, a minimum of one bedroom, one bathroom, a toilet, a entry hall with cloakroom and a south-west balcony. A maximum of 2 bedrooms and a living/sleeping room are available, depending on the category.
Children under 7 years can stay in their parents’ apartment free of charge.
Steinrösle.

The "Steinrösle" holiday apartment is ca. 45m2. In addition to the standard amenities, this category of apartment is comprised of a bedroom and a living room, which can serve as a living room for a 2-person occupancy, and as a bedroom for a 3-4 person occupancy.

The early bird catches the worm.

We serve a hearty breakfast in the homelike breakfast lounge, on request. This service incurs an additional charge (except double room): € 11.00 per person per day (children 6-12 years € 7.00 per child per day). Alternatively, you can order fresh bread in the evening for delivery the next morning, which will be waiting for you at your door with the first rays of the sun.
General Information
Standard facilities of the apartments: Dining nook, kitchenette, crockery, glasses, electric stove, refrigerator, bathroom, toilet, large entrance with coat rack, south west facing balcony, cable TV, telephone, Internet access.
Rates: All appartement prices are per day in €uro including bed sheets, towels, electricity, heating and all taxes as well as daily cleaning service (except sundays).
Arrival / Departure: Check out time is 10:00 AM. Apartements are ready for occupancy around 15:00 pm.
Payment: Bookings will be confirmed only after a down payment has been received. We accept Euro Check card (A, D, NL) as well as Visa and Mastercard. The room rates will be calculated fully in the event of an early departure or late arrival. Cancellations will be dealt with as stipulsted by the Austrian Hotel Regulations. See also travel insurance!
Internet: Wirless Internet access is available on a 802.11b standard connection, allowing you to use your own Laptop/PDA to surfe the Internet.
Breakfast / Bakery service: If request, a breakfast can be arranged for an additional fee (except double room) of € 11,00 per person per day (€ 7,00 for children between the ages of 6 and 10 years). We can also organise fresh bread daily that will be left at your door. By request, you have the otion for half-board in the Hotel Formarin, which is right next to our house (surcharge of € 37,00 a day, for children up to 14 years € 19,00 a day).
Wellness: We offer a wellness area with steam bath, sauna, infrared-cabin, rejuvenating showers, kneipp foot bath and relaxation area. The use of the sauna world is included in the price from Sunday through to Friday.
Additional information: Pets are allowed only by request.
