APARTMENT OCCUPANCY / BOOKING NOTICE
If you arrive with more persons than agreed in the booking confirmation, we ask you to understand that this will generate additional costs. An over-occupancy is not accepted.ROOM CLEANING / FINAL CLEANING
In winter: We clean up your rooms (except the kitchen) daily, except on Sundays and Wednesdays. Final cleaning is included in the rates.In summer: Final cleaning is included in the rates. The kitchen is not being cleaned during your stay. We kindly ask for your comprehension that an additional cleaning fee of € 70,- will be charged for very dirty kitchens.
BED LINEN, TOWELS & DISHTOWELS
Our apartments are fully equipped with bed linen, towels and dishtowels.BILLING & PAYMENT
To avoid a rush at your check-out, we ask to pay the bill the evening before your departure between 5:00 and 8:00 pm. You can pay in cash, and we also accept debit and credit cards.BREAD SERVICE
To spare the necessity of going to the grocery every morning, we offer you in collaboration with a local bakery a daily bread service. If you wish, you can order fresh bread every evening (until 6:00 PM), which we will place early in the following morning at your room door.BABYSITTER
On request we can organize a private babysitter, or you can book one by yourself at Googie‘s Babysitting Agency. They rent winterised 3-wheel prams, which are perfect for snowy hiking paths and walks in the center of Lech.

Right next door is the Hotel Restaurant Formarin, where you can enjoy excellent a la carte or set menu meals in both winter and summer. If you do not want to enjoy your breakfast in your apartment, you can also book the breakfast buffet at the Formarin. Table reservations are recommended. In addition, Lech offers a wide selection of first-class restaurants. We recommend that you make reservations in advance - we will be happy to help you with this. In winter, a delivery service (Italian food) offers a good range of dishes, which you can eat in your apartment or in the parlour. The local butcher's shop in town offers delicacies for takeaway, while the supermarkets (AEDG-Pfefferkorn and SPAR) even deliver your groceries to us in Oberlech.

KITCHEN
All our kitchens are equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots and dishtowels. There is a four-plate cooker, fume cupboard, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, espresso machine for pads and a drip coffee maker. A microwave can be provided if available, (on request before your arrival), for a small rental fee. The kitchen is not cleaned during the stay. We ask for your understanding that for heavily soiled kitchens an additional cleaning fee of € 70,– will be charged.LECH CARD (IN SUMMER)
The Lech Card (further info here) can be purchased at the Lech Zürs tourist information. It is your ticket for many outdoor activities in Lech am Arlberg.MOBILITY IN LECH
Local bus & hiking bus:Hiking busses and local busses simplify many tours around Lech. The "James" bus brings you to every hotspot and back to our house (extra charge of 5€ per person and night). The use of the local busses and hiking busses is included with the "mobility card" from the first day on. You can get the "mobility card" at our reception. For stays of two or more nights, you can convert the mobility card into the "Lech Card". These are available at Lech Zürs Tourist Information in the villages center.PARKING / UNDERGROUND GARAGE
Your car enjoys holidays in our underground garage. There is one parking lot per apartment respectively per room. For motorcycles, bicycles, mountain bikes and e-bikes there is a free storage in the garage. If additional parking lots are required, they will be charged per day with € 12,–.SMOKING
Our apartments and rooms are non-smoking rooms. We cordially invite you to comply with your smoking pleasure on the balcony of the apartment.RECEPTION

Each of our apartments has a safe in the closet.SKI PASS
We will gladly provide you the desired ski pass. If you need your ski pass already on the day of your arrival, you can also pre-order it by e-mail. To do so, we need the complete name, birthday and the exact period during which the ski pass is required. Return the cards back to us at the reception (otherwise a deposit fee of € 5,– will be charged).SKI BOOTS
A ski and ski boot room with a dryer is at your disposal. We ask you not to enter the apartments and rooms with the ski boots.WI-FI

Available ONLY in winter, our sauna area with a Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin (physiotherm) is available from Sunday to Friday, from 4 pm to 8 pm. Bathrobes are available free of charge at the reception.ROOM KEY / KEY CARD
On arrival you will receive a room key. If you leave the house in the evening, we ask you to take the key with you. The key card is to be used for the opening of the underground garage, the ski room and the front door. On your departure it must be returned undamaged. Otherwise € 10,- will be charged.doctors
