IN SUMMER
The outstanding location above the rooftops of Lech discloses enchanting impressions every day. Very close to the house there is the bus-stop of the local busses "Oberlech Spitzenegg", from where you can go to the popular hiking destinations Lake of Formarin, Lake of Spuller and Hochtannberg-Pass.
Only 15 minutes away, there is the Petersboden ski-lift, which offers a comfortable way to arrive in a few minutes on about 1.900 m above sea level, in the middle of the vast hiking area.
Mountain bikers will find attractive mountain bike trails and can prove their skills on the Burgwald-downhill track.
IN WINTER
The Bergland Appartement is located next to the ski piste of the Schlosskopf-ski-lift in the award winning ski area Lech-Zürs am Arlberg.
The outstanding location over the rooftops of Lech discloses an amazing view. The free Ortsbus stops very close to the house and brings you in just a few minutes to the village center. The night bus ("James") brings you back home until 03:00am at night.
The location is a great advantage for freeride skiers to bypass long queues at skilifts in the morning, and a perfect starting point for relaxing walks through romantic woods on a wide network of winter walking paths.

Although the Bergland Appartement is located remotely, it is accessible easily all year long by car or public transport. During your stay you can leave your car in our garage. A journey in the mountains should be made only with the proper equipment and with knowledge about the current road and weather conditions.
